Missing files for Silent hunter4

I applied soviet waterway1.1v, a mod of Silent hunter 4, to JSGME2.6v, but the game cannot be run as numerous messages appear saying that these files are missing. Please find a solution!https://ibb.co/9hV03DR

what version of SH4 do you have installed?
i am not familiar with that particular mod, however most modsets are built for v1.5 with Uboat missions.
this could be the reason for the missing files.

I'm Using 1.3v
So I need to buy DLC to update to 1.5v
