You can change the water detail from the conf.ini, under the OpenGL settings, there's an Water= line, the highest is 4, which gives you the best looking water.

Poser-rigged. You can move all the main moving parts of the plane, ailerons, rudder, elevators, rear wheel, undercarriage etc.

No, and only the guy comes with it. The 109 and the background are custom stuff.
