Shouting crewmembers

I haven't had the shouting hyper excited crewmembers for some time, but they started shouting again tonight...:(

I recall seeing a mod to fix that, but searching has yielded no joy... Was I dreaming or is there a mod to give them some e-Valium?

Am about a third of the way through a successful patrol including a couple of 35000t CVs and would have to have had to keelhaul the offenders if I had to quit it... :03:
