DW + SC Reshade Workaround (Experimental)

In order to find a way to record widescreen stretch videos for Youtube of Dangerous Waters & Sub Command, I´ve found a possible way to replace the community dll fix and this way finally hook Reshade onto DW and SC. No commentary on this one.

Important Note:
1) You do not need to appy the fullscreen stretch steps shown in the video to make reshade work. It also works with the regular 4:3. My stretch res with DXWnd also looks worse compared to Nvidia´s driver GPU res stretch. I stick to Nvidia and Shadowplay is also able to record in 16:9 when you start capturing on the desktop prior to game launch.

2) This workaround is complex and not tested beyond initial testing, issues could arise on specific situations. Use at your own risk. Just intended for expert users that know what they´re doing.

Should also work with similar tools like SweetFX or ENB if some sort of DX8 converter/support is present. I am not very skilled in creating good Reshade profiles. So if one talented with Reshade or Co. manages to create a good looking profile, share it please.
