SH4 contacts - tool to modify campaign contact reports.
 

I made this a long time ago, and i even received requests to make this and share it, but for some reason i never got to share it until now.
I wanted to test it and polish it a bit, but years passed and well, you know...

So, here basically you entered the percentage of ships to be modified, then how many minutes it will pass until sh4 tries to make a contact report, and the probability of that contact reports to happen.

Some examples:
Single ships 100%, all single ships will be modified
Report every: 150 1400, a random number between 150 and 1400 minutes.
Chance: 10 50, the chance will be random between 10 and 50 percent.
