[REL] Player Guidance Icons Removed

**Updated** Player Guidance Icons Removed v1.03 for Silent Hunter 5 v1.1

v1.03 changes/fixes:

- included a fourth compatible version for TheDarkWraith's NewUIs v1_1_0

v1.02 changes/fixes:

- corrected the missing telegraph control and message panel in SH5 vanilla version

- added back the mission pop-up message at the top of screen. It will only pop up once when a new mission goal is received. It can then be closed and will not pop up again until another new mission goal is received. The yellow exclamation icon at the very top is still removed and will never show.

1.01 changes/fixes:

- removed the mission objective icons and on-screen messages at the top of the screen

- included a third compatible version for TheDarkWraith's Old Style Controls v1.3.1

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This simple mod removes those very annoying flashing player guidance icons at the top of the screen. They never seem to go away. Unfortunately, there is no menu option in the game to turn them off, so I had to create this mod to remove them. Plus, this mod also removes the yellow exclamation mark mission objective icon at the very top of the screen. Each mission pop-up message will show once and only once per new message. It can then be closed. Mission objective information can still be accessed through the Captain's log screen. Player tutorial messages and icons were left intact.

There are 4 versions included. One is for vanilla SH5 v1.1, another is for TheDarkWraith's New UI_0_2_1 user interface mod, another for TheDarkWraith's Old Style Controls v1.3.1, and a fourth for TheDarkWraith's NewUIs v1_1_0. If using his UI mods, Just be sure to install either of his mods first before installing this.

To install, choose the correct version and drag the folder into your MODS folder. Then install using JSGME.

** Please note that currently there is a bug that causes the skip and cancel buttons in the mission briefing to not show. I am currently trying to track down the problem**

**The four versions are in four separate folders. Upon installing, you must choose the version you want and drag the folder into your JSGME MODS folder. Then install using JSGME**

Enjoy! :sunny:

Thank you for the love of Christ. I don't know what was more aggravating - these frigging icons or hemmorhoids.

Alright! Way to go, those things were getting mighty irritating. Thanks :salute:

nice, is also the yellow "objectives" icon removed ?, would be fine... would also be nice to have this with the new 1.0.3 interface mod and further versions, this is a must have for every new interface mod.

Excellent!
I've mentioned this before in asking somewhere- this sort of thing really makes a difference, and these "little" enhancements all add up!

Cheers for this one
