Impact Angle on TDC

I was wondering if the Impact Angle is correct. If the AOB is Bow Right 90 you would expect the Impact Angle to be 110 and not 70 as is indicated hereunder.
The target is on a distance of 1000 meter and is travelling with 10 knots.

Good observation, this confused me at first too. It is actually correct as is. The Germans define impact angle by visualizing the torpedo triangle. See this link here, Drawing 1: http://www.tvre.org/en/torpedo-directors.

Angle alpha, that is what the impact angle dial is showing. Labeled as track angle on that site. That angle is the complement of what you and I were expecting.

Thanks understand, it is the angle from the stern.

Actually, on the tvre.org it is shown it is defined rather as the difference in courses between target and torpedo, with the target bow being the reference. The sign of the difference is then inverted to show starboard impact (negative difference) in the green side. And port impact (positive difference) on the red side. It's not really intuitive, but it works.
