Issue with Trigger full completion
 
This is in RA Mod 1.42b

In one of the MP maps I made, I have a trigger to "Refresh Loadout" when my MH-60R Helo lands on the FFG.

It all works, reloads weapons and buoys, but even checking the Flares section and ensuring they are all full, when I re-launch the flares are still empty?

There is no other reference in the manual for this and Refresh Loadout is suppose to accomplish it.

Anyone have any ideas or have experienced this?
