Edited first post, think it has all the correct information. I'll be editing the A-10C setup further to make it a little more interesting.

Woo hoo, BS arrived today! :yeah:

Thanks for editing first post, makes life a lot easier as this thread grows.

Righto, running Ka-50 for a bit. Just feel like flying, might as well open it up. :)

Because I was bloody tired. :haha:

Sorry, dozed off last night.

Could do the Ka-50 tonight, more pilots for that one. Was kinda looking forward to the A-10 though. :hmmm:

Herr-Berbunch 04-28-11 04:44 AM

And there was me thinking Arclight was nocturnal.

I don't mind either tonight, if it's KA-50 I'd advise steering clear of me as I've had NO attempt at flying it yet, or even starting it up! I don't hold much hope of successfully getting airborne and attacking anything other than a patch of grass just off the airfield (and by attack I mean crash, and by just off the airfield I mean just off the apron! :D).

Gotta learn somehow!

Dowly 04-28-11 09:56 AM

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't done a single manual start-up to date. :O:

---------------------------------

I might be up for some Black Shark tonight, that is, if none of the A-10 bunch have any objections. :hmmm:

Not really making me feel any better - at least (once started) you've flown it once or twice. :yep:

Anyway I've got 30 mins to learn now, then back on when the wife's gone out and my girl's in bed (as in daughter).

Dowly 04-28-11 10:32 AM

Actually, I just did a manual start-up... by flicking all kinds of switches and pushing buttons and the darn thing started up! It's fool-proof! :rotfl2:

Never started up the Blackshark the other way then the manual procedures.

anyway as for tonight if I was having other plans so it wouldn't matter for me what you decide to fly tonight.

(not sure how long it would've stayed in the air, tho... I'm sure some of the switches should've been turned to OFF position after engine start...)

Herr-Berbunch 04-28-11 12:07 PM

Any hints on how to bind collective to sidewinder throttle?

Arclight 04-28-11 01:54 PM

Should just be a matter of assigning the right axis to the function, wouldn't know otherwise. :hmmm:

* Ka-50 server up for practice, mission by 21:00.

Arclight 04-28-11 06:41 PM

Oooh, grabbed a few nice ones me thinks:
