I haven't seen you do modern yet Otto. Great job once again - I love how the sharpness of that one almost jumps out at you :yep:

And they're also working on two floatplanes to go with it!
:D

Excellent!

Now all they have to do is spell Brightlingsea, Sheerness, Faversham, Canterbury, and Folkestone correct and they'll be sorted... :O:

They might want to move 'Canterberry' a smidge further north, it and the Stour too, they're a bit too far to the south, they're encroaching on Lower Hardres.

I know, I know, I'm picky but I was born in that county so I have an excuse, you should have heard me when we were flying Canonuks Channel map in the Lolwaffles, gave them a guided tour of the bloody Kentish Weald I did! :haha:

Pity it doesn't go further north too, could have added the Aldeburgh Aerodrome...not that it saw much action. The most action in fact was shooting down Zeppelin L48. But still... :O:

Blimey, another Kentish chap! I was starting to think I was the only one!

Great to see ROF expanding for the Channel, quite good for those long range bomber runs!

Thanks, mate. WW II planes are easier to handle, less buttons to click :haha::haha:
Cheers:

Shooting down? Come on, you stalled it into the ground.;)*

* running gag among the Lolwaffles that says that Oberon could even stall a Zeppelin.:O:

I hail from one of the little towns outside Folkestone myself.
Moved away from Kent almost 10 years ago now but I'm pretty sure in that time Ashford hasn't upped sticks and moved and neither has Canterbury :yeah:

Not after '87 there weren't! :haha: Six of the seven they planted back in 1902 were blown down, I remember that making local news. It was a breezy night! I slept through it all! :har:

I dunno about Ashford moving Val, I think since we've left (It's been 20 years for me) Ashford and most of Western Kent has been assimilated by London. Still, there are still some nice places I imagine, I reckon Trottiscliffe wouldn't have changed much, I think time stood still in that little village.

Ouch, Herr B...unlucky... :dead:
