No Land in Maps

I just installed OP for the first time. Started a career. I went with the first one on everything. The navigation map and the attack map aren't showing any land mass. What can it be?
This is my mod setup

OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv720_Patch5
OMEGU_v300
OMEGU_v300_Patch7
OMEGU_English

I'm not sure what could be causing that. Your mod list looks fine to me. Some problems have been reported with OMEGU, but there is disagreement on that, and it shouldn't matter anyway as those problems mostly involve CTDs of one sort or another, and I don't recall anyone mentioning maps.

Corrupted install? I don't know, but I'm sure better ideas will be along soon.

Any improvement if you add the Nav Map Make-Over to your mods?

You must have installed something incorrectly.

Use JSGME to install mods and always check if the folder structure is correct.

And if you don't know what I mean with "folder structure is correct", you should ask us.

In short, when people extract archives they sometimes don't check if the subfolders match JSGME structure. There can be 1 - 2 superfluous sub directory levels, and in that case the mods don't have effect on the game. And if other mods are supposedly to be installed "on top of" them, they may not work at all.

Thanks everyone.
Steve, I thought of a corruption, but decided to ask if there may be something known. Testing for that anyway.
Skidman, thanks for the link. I'll try it.
GlobalExplorer, I thought of the double directory. I did have to remove a directory level. Worth double checking.

Update. Thanks for the help everyone.
I tried everything mentioned. I got land in my maps now. :woot:
Steve, there is something funny going on, but I think the patches fixed those.
Skidman, I added the map. I don't know if that's what fixed it, but I'm keeping it.
GlobalExplorer, I didn't find a double directory problem, but I did find a second OM705 file in the sh directory.
Now on to the dark side. :arrgh!:

Theoretically if you apply patches to a large mod like OM705, but parts of OM705 are misplaced, it's not surprising that it breaks the game. And possibly not only the map.

Good that you got it working.
