Monitor 27 inches 2560x1440 and SH3
 
I play the version of the game dear One Alex (GWX + mods)



I see flickers all the time

tell me about the settings nvidia
since before reinstalling windows, anti-aliasing worked

The most important setting in Nvidia inspector for SH3 (any super mod) is to give antialiasing compatibility to: DIABLO III :03:
Then, antialiasing mode to overwrite any application setting, antialiasing setting to X4 (multisampling), anisotropic filtering mode to user defined/off, Anisotropic to X4, texture filtering negative LOD bias to clamp, texture filtering quality to quality.

Fifi, it works ! :)
I added Anisotropic to X16 and texture filtering high quality , is this supposed to improve the image?

The sun in the periscope remains without rays,but on the outer camera everything is ok

Anisotropic X16 doesn’t give any huge improvement, but impacting FPS when many stuff around like harbors.
Anisotropic X4 is better compromise in my opinion.

Flat sun in periscope view is known SH3 bug, and nothing to be done to fix it (of what i know)

Thanks for the help, the last question is, is it possible to set the resolution to 2560 by 1440 in the game?

since now the game is stretching 1920 by 1080 on my 27 inch montiror,the picture is soapy

I have same high monitor resolution, but i keep 1920x1080 as some items of the gui will not be placed at the right place with such high reso.
Furthermore, ARB gui & Ahnenerbe gui are set for 1920x1080...not higher :03:

Not of i know (for the sea in Onealex)
I tried many things without success.
I guess the rendering is too far away for SH3 engine...or for our Nvidia cards.
Always shimmering on the horizon, when sea state is around 6/8ms.
