Could you post the stock shot versions of those overhead views? I'd like to see what the stock particles look like.

Download Pascal's mod and test it yourself, it might look different on your system, but on mine it's like that (resized down to 800-600).

One of my original intentions was to have some water pouring into the shot, and I was to be looking at that, but after I did the main composition of the picture, I realized that it would be difficult to get all of the other actors looking at the proper focus point. I did include a lot of other little details that not only fill out the image, but they were also time consuming. If you just glance at the picture, you miss a lot of the subtle stuff. You know, it might not be a bad idea for me to post a tutorial on how "Crush Depth" was put together. I have saved my progess on this image religiously, so I can show anybody who is interested all of the steps. I would be happy to do this in another thread, and when Admiral Mrs. Twelvefield isn't keeping me busy. |

Syxx, where is that?

I have no idea. I'm pretty sure it is just a photoshop. It was one of the first images to pop up when I typed in U-boat for a Google image search.
|
It definitely is a Photoshop job - I've seen the separate images. The sub is actually one of the surviving museum pieces (I forget which one).
|
by going to that image website, they mention it's just a nazi u-boat or whatever and seem to have very little interest on it. I wonder what that is!

U-7's second victory, captured forever on the watch officer's brand new Kine Exakta.

:rotfl: Don't be too hard, when the bomb starts to fall, every ship is for itself. This one wanted to go into sub bunker to hide.

@ Jotte
Perhaps the captain of that destroyer used to command a U-Boat and got a little mixed up. |
