Angle of F12 camera view - modifyable?

A user on Polish Ubootwaffe Forums complained about too narrow angle of F12 camera view. He'd like it to be more wide, as

hmmm mam nadzieje ze ktos bedzie wiedzial jak to zmienic. To chyba wlasnie dlatego w gwx kazdy U wyglada z mostka jak mleczna krowa w ciazy- jest szerszy niz dluzszy :)
