U-Boats near Derry Northern Ireland
 

Hi All,

A few years back there was an annoucement made regarding a number of U-Boats that were scuttled off the coast of my home town...

Sadly in 2009 the plans were scuttled due to a lack of funding.

Now recently Derry has been granted the dubious title of British City of Culture for 2012, I was hoping that this may help to revive the project.

So what I was looking for was any advice regarding similar projects in your areas, how you got the funding and whether you think I'm just pissing in the wind?
