Is there any way to increase FPS with this mod? I would like to try and see if I can fix it. I got the computer to use 10 gigs of its 16 gig RAM, but its still pretty laggy so I am looking for ways to increase FPS.

problem with save in English channel
 
Does anyone have problem if want to save in game near Dover strait,Folkestone,Hastings....
I try it but corrupt save....I saved 3 times and later when i have to load it
goes to CTD..Every saves individually they can t load...
Must completely restart mission patrol grid An 87 24 hours,departure from Wilhelmshaven

In the English Channel there are many units and ports. When you make a save you should remember about safe distance from any unit/port. But the best way is to return for example to AN84 and make saves there because inside the English Channel saving is very risky

I m so suprised when I see squadron of BF109 fighters on my side near Belgian coast(May 1940),we wiped down remnants of French fleet and some British destroyers

good evening yes as Alex said avoid saving less than 50 km from the coast ... not in bad weather ... no contacts on the map ... or there is no bottom ... I have already had your backup problems believe me .... :D

Is it true,I can t save game in bad weather.... corrypt save...Near Ireland weather raging about two weaks,waves 15 metters ,zero visibility...what should I do...Do I wait to calm sea,sunny day,waves 5,6 mett., sail 50,6o km from coast and then to save

On my PC there are no issues with saves when bad weather. I think you should never mind on weather conditions.

Ok... I ll try that(i have really good configuration pc for Sh3 and for OneAlex mod even,I5 processor4 core,gtx1050ti,16gb ramddr3 1600mhz)....thanks once again OneAlex

Hello Dex I have an old config quite close to yours I5 ssd 16gb ram gtx1080 ...
I didn't say it was systematic .. but in bad weather .. I avoided saving because I had already had problems .. but if you save regularly you can always call the previous one .. it's up to you to see the situation. . depending on the conditions ...:salute:

A new version has been uploaded.


GWX Onealex Edition v1.47 - changelog:
1. Added 7 different cloud textures that are randomly selected by the game.
2. Added 21 melodies of marches played by the orchestra in ports that are randomly selected by the game.
3. Simulation of thermocline has been added. The thermocline is generated at a random depth and will not be available in all cases.
4. Correction of the characteristics of depth charges.
5. Reduced "vision" of ships at night.
6. Correction of some instruments and dials.
7. Wolfpack mission has been redesigned.
8. Manual has been updated.
9. Added a manual for the attack disk to the ducumentation folder.
10. Minor fixes.
