I use program called 'Infranview'
1. Download the program from http://www.irfanview.com/ (and install it ofcourse! :D )
2. Load up your image to infranview (File->Open)
3. When your image is loaded go to Image->Resize/Resample, a new window will pop up. On the right side, you can change the resolution. Just pick one of them.
4. Go to File->Save As and pick JPG from the drop-down thing.

That`s it!

Hope you understand, english isn`t my native language. :)

Ok got it, thx very much!!

These are some shots that I made specifically for 1024x768 desktops... I used a cinematic frame and dynamic lighting to make them look like the next-gen SH7... Enjoy!

The clean break...

marhkimov, can you tell more about this dynamic lighting? Are you imploying you made something to the game, and not photoshopped it later? I'm very curious, the type7 jumping out of the water is very very cool..

@ Waldmensch

That is a great shot, very artistic, brilliant.

no, i just meant that the lighting was something i added artistically. I also hope that SH4 (more like SH7) will look like this... OH, and yes, I really like the type 7 jumping out of the water too! I made it my desktop!

By the way, if I could just get my sub to travel faster underwater, I could make a much more dramatic shot. I want to jump at least half of the sub out of the water. Right now, I believe I can only do a 10 degree surface... I need it to be more like 30 or 40... how do I go about doing that?

Type941 09-10-05 11:34 AM

if that was jumping out at 8knts, you've done a heck of a job, as I personally tried this trick many times, never to such a great effect...

although.. :) I will have some surprise soon.
