Request: shift or ctrl key modifier for slow traversing
 

I often wish there was a way - other than that of mouse-traversing - to slow down the rate of traverse of periscopes, and perhaps the deck-gun, without knocking the vertical position of the 'scope. It'd also be nice to have both fast and slow traverse on binoculars too.

Request: Could you please allow the shift or perhaps ctrl key, when held down, to reduce the rate of change in azimuth of the periscope or deck-gun to decrease to around 1/3rd of the unmodified rate. This would be incredibly handy when changing view between objects - and no longer overshooting them in azimuth.
