Hello everybody.

Probably one of my more silly questions.

Is Silent Hunter 4 gold Edition playable on a 32 Bit Windows 10 OS Please?

Yes, it is. The 4Gig Patch and LAA do not have as great of an effect on memory management as they do in the 64-bit version of the OS, but there are some changes that can be made to certain boot files to gain a bit more RAM for the game to use, so long as you have 4 or more gig of RAM in your machine. It is a bit complicated to deal with though...
