This is the best modded version of Silent Hunter 3, bar none. But I have a problem. I play it on the job, and machine there is as you would have it an, i7 8th gen, and absolute crap of integrated gpu in leiu of intel 630. Anyhow, framerate in game when I look at clouds in the sky is crap, like 18 FPS.

The question is, would there be a way to turn of modded clouds to vanilla game version, JSGME is not showing mods already incorporated in the game.

Ideas anyone ?

Approximate system requirements for a normal game (maybe less, tested the assembly on a powerful computer):
1 Sixth-generation I5 / I7 processor or higher, or its AMD equivalent.
2 RAM 8GB and above.
3 Video card Ge Force 10xx series and higher, or its AMD equivalent.
You cant adapt my mod to your integrated gpu

Updates

I have a question. Is it necessary to download the whole supermod each time that there is a new update ? Or are there some separate "mods" with only modified files in order to update an already installed supermod version ? This second option would be far more better IMO. It could also allow you to keep a track of all new improvments.

When there is a new release you should download the whole mod. But when there are fixes/minor updates you can download only updated files

Dude ! I could if you tell me which enviroment mods are in your version of the mod. Without a doubt low fps is caused because of the clouds that are generated like fog, just like in other supermods.

there is no FPS problem c is your config if not you deactivate Stiebler I do not have this kind of problem I7 860 .. 16 go ram .. ssd .. nvidia gtx 1080 ... (old Bécanne)
laptops are not recommended unless you have a gamer or one with a config that holds the road ... Alex can not please everyone so buy another config or adjust your machine he is tired of leveling down...:k_confused:
