Where can I get the Decompress Utility?

Link at SubGuru takes me to a dreaded 404 Error.:wah:
I want to play with some of the graphics in DW.
Can’t find a place to get it. TIA

LOL So many games. So little time. But I am finding the old stuff...while not having all the chrome has a lot more gameplay.

I'm actually trying to find it myself to attempt an upscale of the game graphics.
