Silent Service II DOS: Anyone gets the digitized speech?
 

Hi,
I have 2 options to play this classic: Amiga emulation with WinUAE (with mouse support but it runs very slow, with a big delay beween the screens) or using a Dosbox install after installing from CD. I now have it installed with D-Fend Reloaded and Dosbox 0.74 (on Windows 7), it runs fine, I have changed the asound.ss with a speed-optimized versioin released by Microprose at that time, my silent.bat is changed to

SS2 VGA ADLIB HARDC

I get Music and sound effects from the sub, but no digitized sounds (voices).
If I change ADLIB to IBM or TANDY, I will get both, but it's the most awful sound I've ever heard :/\\!!

Has anyone managed to get Adlib sound + Speech ?
