If you ever get stuck behind valves....

....and using TMO, and optional PE3 then you may find this problem. I installed Environmental Mod and this seemed to solve it. Perhaps I installed the mods wrong or something. Mine goes like this..

TMO
TMO U-boat enabled
RSRDC
PE3 (Optional Mods)
Spax German Voice Pack for SH4
OM V200
OM patch 3
SMALLER ROCKS
SMALLER PLANTS
