crew behavior

in the beginning of the war in the english channel in Periscope depth there was a british Torp.Patrol boat sightened more than 2 miles away. Suddenly one of the Crew man was screaming and got a nervous breakdown. That is not realistic.
The German U-boat men were no Sissy and Softy. After a few hours of deepth charges attack shurely that could happen(Movie "Das Boot"). But this scene in the game Uboat is too much away from the real behavior of the U-Boot men. That is nearly a Insult of these brave men. That should be modified.

Damn man, glad you even experienced something like this. I didnt even know it was possible.

I spent like an hour making a schedule for the crew and I could basicly max time compression and forget about them.

Take the hardest mission available on the south of Africa and I run out of torpedoes before even hitting the south of Spain. Feels stupid running to africa to get a experiance point and rep point with a empty boat of torps just because well you know, you already sank 10 ships and just want the points.

Damn lucky if you can save the game and reload though. Yeah, I cant reload saves like all the other people that have been moaning about it for years and it doesnt get fixed. Best early access money I have spent.

Execute him and launch him from the aft tube. Or once your on shore grab a different guy, they come with a description which gives you an idea of how disciplined they are. I've found that crew management isn't all that important all I really worry about is making sure I have the officers I need rested up as much as I can before an engagement.
