Macchi is a very good plane, it feels stable and can turn pretty well.. if only it had better armament. :yep:

The Macchi may have weak firepower, but they dont seem to run out of ammo that fast like our spits.
I've been dodging that bugger for quiet some time wondering when he will run out of ammo. HunterICX |

I got a little short burst on this one and surprise i was out of ammo :x http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/d...de/me10003.jpg Then headed back to base ;) http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/d...de/me20005.jpg Now that was a wierd trk. on the playback it showed me submerging into the runway like a sub, then it showed the proper landing :hmm: |
Very cool, we flying tonight?
|
@Kratos: you where the only one landing that last sortie, Xabba and I just managed to glide passing the frontline to avoid beeing captured:p

Yea and I also learnt how slow you can go in the Spit without stalling.

So are we going to fly tonight?
|
Well i recorded the first two trks. of the three tonight, unfortunately they make no sense whatsoever:-? I think dcg has crocked it up big style, planes flying backwards, sideways, shooting into thin air, the 109 i bagged in the first sortie, ''I was looking forward to seeing the playback on that one.'' according to the playback i was shooting at nothing, but the fecka still went down smokin' :hmm: Did anyone else record tonight? Had fun tonight
|
That was fun but I have to stop crashing.
Newsflash, Hunter can get the plane back to base, but has problems taking off now. Apparently his joystick goes wonky. Now what's that about craftsmen blaming tools...:) |
Kratos: do you save it in TRK? or NTRK?
Xabba: Its not my joystick its the calibration between IL2 and my joystick that goes haywire sometimes (over-sensitivity) 1 tiny pull any direction and my aircraft is responding on maximum. HunterICX |
