Ok here's what I think is happening. Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you set up the mission and or server for complex comms Arc? If so, the regular comm menu will not work. If it is set up for complex you must use the mic switch commands for the HOTAS. I just tested this on a training mission I did for take off and landing. While tuned in to the frequency for the tower I tried the regular comm menu. ATC,Batumi, request startup. No response. I hit mic switch forward (UHF AM), then went to ATC, Batumi, request startup, and they came back to me immediately. It should be exactly the same with the UHF (mic switch down) and VHF FM(mic switch aft) radios. Hope this helps... And yes, I have no life.... lol:nope:

Of course it's set for realistic comms, don't be silly. :P
And yes, that's the problem. You don't just need to set the proper frequency, you need to transmit on the proper radio as well. |

http://www.cartoonstock.com/newscart...s/mbcn326l.jpg Mic switch? Another key to fathom out  Thanks guys. TBH I don't know how I didn't just shoot the thing down for not replying to me. :arrgh!: |
You must have had this overwhelming sense that "maybe one of my fellow pilots might need fuel soon"... Ok probably not. You just didn't like the idea of surrendering every paycheck, and the checks of all of your descendants for the next 15 generations to pay for the KC-135 and the fuel on board. Granted the fuel is probably worth more.
What flight setup are you guys using? Just curiosity. |
Only an old MS Sidewinder joystick. :D Before that I had X52 Pro, but sold it :wah:

See, we told you not to get rid of it, but nooooo. Had to be an stubborn ass. :O:
