The two I use are FastStone Image Viewer 2.6 Beta 4 and Paint.NET 2.63

Hope that helps you, give it a spin. :)

I’m not that bothered, I don’t use them that much.

And I've had no problems with the two I got. :yep:

But try this (I´m not sure if this works on infranview):

1. Turn the image to B&W
2. Blur the image alittle
3. Add noise (Just alittle bit)
4. Blur again to blend the noise to the picture
5. Make new layer and paint some scratshes and dust to it
6. blur the scratshes

I dont use this method anymore, but as you dont have photoshop, my current method wont work.

I do have Photoshop. Tell me about your current method please!:D

STEED 06-18-06 06:04 AM

I first use Paint.NET 2.63 and follow the info Dowly posted, and after I am happy with what I have done, save as a JPEG. Then I open up FastStone Image Viewer 2.6 Beta 4, more touch up and may be add a frame to the picture. :D
