Not 100% sure but going by the background and text colors it looks to be the UbiSoft IL-2 and Pacific Fighters forum.

I see he's on the Ubi forums (is there no greater hive of scum and villainy?). :-j

PS: Of course, I stole the cowboy image from somewhere and slapped a stolen flag image behind it.... but at least no one was using it for a personal avatar :ping:

Actually this sort of thing happens a lot. About a year ago I found there was a chap over at the SimHQ forums using my old Kriegsmarine girlie sig image. He changed it a little, but at least he gave attribution which is more than most do. However, If he had asked I would have more than happy to give him permission to use it. :)
