I think this is part of the new patch, look under the file titled "um, just put the head anywhere.exe".
By the way, this crewman is Fritz...a good man, used to stand head and shoulders above the rest of the crew......well, maybe just shoulders above the rest of the crew.....but always a gentleman....always the first to tip his hat to a lady. Couldnt ruffle him either, never the type to lose his head.
