Please help me!

In the interior of the sub and the npcs all look like thier missing parts of their graphics how do i fix this? I've been losing my sleep trying to figure it out, i re-install still same result. First i thought it was the TWoS mod did that, but after i remove all the mods and play the base game still the same. I've tried to look all over forums and websites about this problem, it seems nobody talk about this problem but I've seen few people talk about this, but no one ever trying to help. I love this game so much! If anybody could help me trying to solve this problem! please! its so much fun sinking enemy's boat until the this graphic problem getting on my nerve, it's really make me lose my enjoyment of this game.

Sorry my bad english..

Von Due 06-02-16 07:25 AM

Could you post a screenshot of what you see exactly?

Jimbuna 06-02-16 08:28 AM

That's a weird graphical issue right there, I don't think my SH5 is corrupted.
Because I did a clean install...patch using the GU.exe with no problem.
What am i missing? is there really no fix for this? because i don't see anyone had this issue. I really enjoy sightseeing on the sea destroy some british fleet until i went down inside the sub its really frustrating..

Von Due 06-02-16 12:44 PM

Could very well be the graphics settings.

If you haven't already: First check what any direct x report has to say. Try slide all those sliders and settings (except resolution perhaps) to minimum and raise them one by one. Any tripple buffers, super duper buffers, anti anti aliasing x 32, turn them all down or off then raise them one by one. Any hardware acceleration too, all of it to minimum then raise them in an orderly fashion.

Hi az
It does not look like you are using TDW's NewUi 7-5-0 mod.
Have you made changes in TDW's Generic File Patcher that without this mod is causing your corruption.

If you could post your mods it would help!
Post #9 JSGME How To Export Your Mod List To A Subsim Post

This far better and easier than the tiny app you are using

Thanks Lt.Von Due, i finally found the problem. I did all the slide until i disable shadow all the missing part of the graphic gone back to normal. But it looks terrible without shadow..how unlucky i am.

and Mr.Berbster, here are the list of mods i'm using

http://postimg.org/image/vkum9jluj/

I'm using TWoS 1.5, can you tell which are these mods that are not compatible with TWoS? and yeah i'm using TDW's NewUi 7-4-2. I'm gonna download the new version.

which are the best mods? can you suggest to me? sober? TWoS? i'm new to SubSim, i really love this game so much :)

I had the same graphic glitch (as well as poor framerate) both with TWoS and Sober's modlist. I use an ASUS RoG laptop as are you. I tried a few things after which the grapics looked normal and the framerate improved markedly and I did not have to change any of the settings. I tried the following:

1. Start the exe file in Administrator mode
2. Run the exe file in Windows 7 compatibility mode
3. Select NVIDIA processor as standard graphics processor in NVIDIA control panel (I use the standard NVIDIA settings)
4. Use Sober's antilag mod: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=2871

I use the standard high graphic settings and get a steady framerate of 60 fps. I do not know if the four above steps are all necessary, maybe some are complete bollocks. When trying to fix the issue I did a few things at the same time so I do not know which step exactly fixed the issue.

I have installed and deleted the game a few times switching between TWoS and Sober's modlist and each time with the above steps I did not encounter the graphics glitch. Every time I delete the program I use CCleaner to clean the system and the registry and restart my laptop before installing again.
