It won't be good for a lot of Dupont employees world wide. 7500 are getting the axe. Tho I imagine most will be from my neck of the woods. One at the New Years party I went to last night had already gotten his pink slip.... last year on Dec 30th.

Miller Brewing just closed in our small town, about 700 jobs, but 100's more support it and nice high pay'n jobs for our area, 35 per hour to sweep the floor, nothing here to replace them, not to mention a huge plant to add to our increasing number of empty plants and mills.
