Is anybody else as excited for Star Wars Battlefront as I am?

Star Wars Battlefront + Frostbite 3 = The game I've been waiting for since I was 7

Haven't been as excited about a game since Skyrim...and this is still better.

Has anybody played the first two SWB games or either of the handheld releases? If they do this right and don't screw it up this will be awesome. This is worth buying an Xbox One for. Easily. :rock: I just hope DICE does a good job on it.

The SWB games filled a lot of my childhood once they came out. SWB 3 has been announced and then killed like 3 or 4 times. I think they're serious this time.

This is better than them announcing 3 more SW movies. :yeah:

If you're me you've been doing it for years and it's going to be a hell of a lot cooler in the Frostbite 3 Engine. :o

Only game I'm overly excited for is GTA V. Also, you still shouldn't get a Xbox one :O:.

Not the least bit excited. Actually so unenthused about Star Wars that I have never seen any of the movies! :eek:

I won't get the XBO on release. I'm not that stupid... :har: I just feel sorry for the Wii U. :har:

You seriously expect something good to come out of the failure known as EA. I don't think EA could make a good pile of manure, much less a video game.

DICE is developing this game and EA is publishing it.... Hopefully it isn't ruined.

I'm very excited though...yes....If they just redo the first game with new graphics, A.I. and features I'd buy it and probably wear it out just like I did with the other 4 games. :03:

Star Wars Battlefront was my first Shooter....and I'm still playing it 10-11 years later. I love it. :shucks:

As long as EA doesn't go and screw it up on publishing....I'll probably be happy.

Wait, you can still play EA games more than 2 years after release? Normally they brutally murder it at that point... Guess they forgot to chain it to a server.

The original games weren't made by EA. Handheld versions by Rebellion

It was Pandemic and LucasArts...but...both companies are now in the toilet and there had been a failed attempt at a SWB3 in like 2007.

I dug out my old PSP and played Elite Squadron....man....I suck at this game. I used to be great. But now....I suck. :dead:

The xbox versions are more fun....but ES has the best features. :rock:
