That's the humor of it. Clinton also has lipstick on his collar, his pants are undone and his rifle is named "Big and Tasty". All in all, it is 1227 x 792 pixels of pure win.

The Clinton figure referring to goings on during his administration is all there. I'm still not certain how the clown fits into the overall humor of the Clinton legacy. :haha:
