commanders-academy.com dead?
Is http://www.commanders-academy.com dead? The server seems to be reachable but I get not content anymore...
|
The server does respond to pings, but indeed no content for me too.
|
Unfortunatly after an update of the forum software nothing works and to add insult to injury I don't have a usable backup. So far no help from the developers, but I hope I can get to work again and that as soon as possible.
|
Good luck OneShot !
|
Any news?
Please, we need to have CADC up again... |
Its partly back up again ... Forum seems to work now but thats about it. Working on the rest.
|
Good. Remind me to back up some of my articles before it happens again! :dead:

At the moment, blank page for me too.
|
I just tried and at least for me it works.
http://www.commanders-academy.com/forum/forum.php All articles and stuff is still there in the db, so don't worry ML. |
The forum comes up as a blank page for me, too.:damn:

@OneShot: You're sure you do not have an old version in the cache of your browser? |
When I click on the home page link or any deeper link, I just get the logo (rotating prop) and link in the address bar and "done" in the status bar at the bottom of my browser and only a blank page is displayed.
Really looking forward to the content. Tom |
Still the same. (Tried current versions of: FF, IE, Chrome, & Safari)
|
I've disabled everything except the forum which works - at least on my end.
|
strange: you mean http://www.commanders-academy.com/forum/forum.php, aren't you?
Get nothing, checked it with different browsers...perhaps an authorization issue? And if the database is still consistent, can't you just install the old version of the forum? |
The problem is that upgrades not only modify the files but the database as well. Since the update doesnt run all the way through part of the db is already at the latest version.
Unfortunately vBulletin support sucks at the moment big time. But I´m still on it. |
I still get a blank page.
|
Still nothing, any news?
