I will let you read the civilian casualty accounts from that, and leave you free to google up the civilian deaths caused by their own people in Afghanistan. Where my brother died while driving a water truck. He wasn't a civilian mind you, but maybe it will give you " a mile in my shoes" . But the water was most likely not for our guys, but for places cut off by fighting.
