[REL] Leander Class light cruisers
Hello!
Travelling back the development line of British cruisers, I arrived at the "Leander" age. The original plan was to re-create the changes with wartime refits. Unfortunately, drawing masts and other items from library files was a bit resource demanding and caused CTDs on older machines . So, I made 4 independent models, representing the ships as in '39, '41, '42, and '43. Here's a picture of all four models (the colour scheme of the '41 version is NOT at all fantasy!): http://www.mediafire.com/imgbnc.php/...02825a336g.jpg This is my special tribute to skwas S3ditor -- a great tool! For those who want to keep the number of items in the SEA folder down, I made a single model, combining features of the '39 and '41 version ("light" version). Downloads: full package: http://www.mediafire.com/file/37fnns...er_mod_full.7z "light" version: http://www.mediafire.com/file/cywdz6...r_mod_light.7z Now, the final step would be to re-create the grandmas of the Leander, Perth, Arethusa, Dido, and Bellona Classes -- Exeter/York. However, I do not feel for that. So, no need to ask me for doing them :know: the_Frog |
