I wish they also made a map like this for the country of Europe...

Actually ID, OH and WI don't look too bad...

A flaw in this map is that they regarded the highest consume of porn as bad, not the lowest - maybe Sailor Steve can elaborate something about this...;)

Rhode Island drivers are way worse than Massachusetts drivers.

Besides, anyone who can drive at 90mph in a tight formation 4 lanes wide (5 lanes wide during rush hour when the breakdown lane becomes the hammer lane), with less than a car length between the cars in front and in back, cannot by the simple act of daily survival, be a bad driver. :yep::know:

Massachusetts drivers were the most aggressive I've seen. Well, certainly Bostonians. Luckily, I grew up driving in D.C., so I was able to deal w/it.

Saw this yesterday... so, Ohio is worst at being non-nerdy. :haha:

Altho from what I read, that was based solely on average # of library visits made per year by Ohioans, which certainly lacks something when it comes to criteria for judging nerdiness.

Anyway, I'm not a nerd. I'm a geek. :D

If PA's actually worst at arson, then yeah, he probably does. :O:

:haha:

I heard they don't sell lighters in PA. There's no need, as everyone lights their cigs at the burning buldings all across the state. :DL

Some of these are just incorrect. NM "antisocial"? :hmmm: What? Maine "dumbest state"? I guess the whole purpose of this little stunt is publicity for "Pleated Jeans"? That's the on;y clever bit of this whole scheme.

I first thought about erasing the logo in the lower right, but there is also the source of the orign of this study stated (Cartographic research lab, university of Alabama)

edit: just noticed that PJ isn't a jeans label, but a fun site

Huh? What?

Sorry, I was busy looking at porn.

Wyoming is the worst for fatal car crashes??? Nobody lives there! Bear attacks, maybe...:dead:

Well "aggressive" isn't really the same thing as "worst".

After all the one good thing about aggressive drivers is that you can count on them to take the right of way when they have it and move out smartly even if they don't. That's opposed to say Rhode Island drivers who, when say trying to merge into traffic from an on ramp, might go, or they might stop, or they might start to go, then change their minds and stop.

Air pollution for california, ehh i guess so unless theres a worse place. It used to be REAL bad here. Not as much now, but i guess being born and raised here you become oblvious to it. Heh, i still have to go get my truck passed by the smog gestapo to renew my tags. (yeah that's what i call whoever's in charge of emission standards - the smog gestapo)

Utah and porn. :hmmm: I believe it. People are very pent up there. Mormon's are very strict about the premarital thing. People get married young there, so they can get their nasty on. My fiance who's from provo, calls the BYU housing area for younger families "The Rabbit hutch's". :har:

Well, if two cars in Wyoming hit each other, I guess 50% of the cars in the state have been taken out of the system.
