Um, you've ever been on the campus of a prestigious college or university? There really are NO ugly and/or fat people. It's like being in an anti-Wal Mart.

Yes. Looks determine if someone is a good journalist or not.

I have, and this is not true. Prestigious schools are no different than any other segment of society in this regard; there are some attractive people, some not-so-attractive people and some in-between. In that sense, it's not really different than walking through your local mall.

Ok, so we just don't have the same institutions. ;)

Really? Everyone at your elite institutions looks like a fashion model? Excuse me if I find that hard to believe.

Well beauty is a very subjective concept.

IMO, fashion models are not even beautiful, they are way too artificial, skinny, etc.

But every girl I've met in college was much more beautiful than people of Walmart.

You may disagree, but let's just say it's my opinion.

I wonder how many of those beautiful girls have shopped at Wal-Mart, but I digress. Still, I have seen many unattractive people at college. There is nothing magical about an academic institution that suddenly makes people beautiful.

Your interpretation, because I never said (or insinuate) anything about magic.

While some folks can shop at a Wal-Mart twice a year, others can do it twice a week.

*sigh* I know that.

Everything is a matter of proportion (I thought it was obvious): I'm not saying every woman in a Wal-Mart look like sluts and every woman in college are astonishing beauties.

All what I'm saying is that I miss college where I've met a lot of great women.

Unfortunately, I cannot say that much with Wal-Mart.
