Lets all vote for the famous girl

http://omg.yahoo.com/blogs/crush/dak...ming-queen/500

:nope:
This makes me angry. I personally think this is sad that the famous girl in the school, who already is set to get a lot of money, and is already famous, gets the rubber stamp to be queen. I Just think it's really terrible that out of all the otherwise deserving people, she gets it. Nobody else stood a chance.

If she had class she would have bowed out of voting.

You can catch it off lampposts.

Catch what?

I don't know, I'm all confused.

You ought to go and see a psychiatrist. You're a loony. You might even need a new brain.

Oh, I couldn't afford a whole new brain.

Well, you could get one of those Curry's brains.

How much are they?

A little class-envy here?

Why should some be precluded from something merely because they have already achieve a modicum of success?

Or is this from your school and you know something the rest of us don't?

gimpy117 11-09-10 01:39 PM

Maybe a little Aramike. But it does not preclude the fact that a decent person would at least give the other school a chance. Especially when she won a position last year.

It's just a sore spot when the rich and famous get thing simply because they are rich and famous.

then again, perhaps the classmates actually like her and voted for her because they wanted to.

;)

Gimpy... I'm curious why are you keeping track of the life of a high school girl... :hmmm:

This. It's like seeing a person sitting on the side of the road, and getting angry and telling them to get up and get a job - you don't know them, and you don't know the story.

Also this chocolate brownie pie is fantastic.

Although a possibility, It just seems like thats simply not the case. I mean think about it. Would the Nerdy Drama club girl ever stand a chance at your high school? unless she had the the whole movie star edge?

Mwah. You can also look at it as a good thing. She's probably already a spoiled b*tch, so this won't make her any worse. Whereas this saves another girl from becoming just as spoiled:DL

antikristuseke 11-09-10 05:07 PM

being a perv is part of my job description

XabbaRus 11-09-10 05:09 PM

Who are you calling old? :-?

GoldenRivet 11-09-10 05:14 PM

Gimpy... all i can say is, the older you get, the less important this high school crap becomes.

read closely these words...

I cannot recall who the prom queen or king was at my high school.

I cannot recall the names of but maybe 4 of my teachers.

I cannot recall the schedule i had for my senior year.

I cannot recall the "theme" of my senior prom.

I cannot recall who the Starting Quarterback was for our football team

I cannot recall the names of but perhaps a dozen of my classmates.

The high school girlfriend who swore one day we would be married... i havnt really spoken to in about 10 years.

The high school girlfriend who I really wanted to be married to one day... died in her mid 20s

The career i would pursue after graduation - changed almost immediately after graduation. Then it changed again 3 or 4 other times over the years.

The most important lesson i learned in high school was the importance of birth control.

as i grew older, looking back on high school; the most important lesson i have come to learn is that we grow up, and we age, and we live and we die way too fast for crap that took place in high school to matter one little bit.

my recommendation

let little crap like this just slide. ;)

krashkart 11-09-10 05:16 PM

^^ Well put and very true. I don't even remember how many years I've been out of high school. :yep:

gimpy117 11-09-10 06:32 PM

yeah i know. Just two years in college changes things.

but I still get a little riled up by this
