I fully understand if your family wishes to keep this a private manner but how about an address or something to which we could send donations, flowers, cards etc?

I donated some money to the Special Ops foundation over the weekend. You may want to look into that as well.

Again, very saddened by your personal loss.

I'm not a Christian, and therefore will not pray to the Abrahamic god, but I wish all the best for you and your family in these hard times.

He died a true warrior:salute:

Thanks. As the shock of this begins to settle a bit I'll see what i can come up with or if that is even something they would want to do.

At this point we are all in different parts of the world, starting with his wife and kids who are in Germany.

All i can say is thank God for military wives... that young lady's house is FULL right now.

We have one of our troops getting married in a few weeks... another has just received orders to Afghanistan - very tough pill to swallow for his wife and twin sons right now.

I'll say this.

He was a good man, and a strong real Christian who knew Christ - and in his words "I love being a soldier."

thanks again everyone.
