I wonder how much that would cost to hook up to a flight simulator?

Ahh to be rich enough for those types of toys.

For flight sims you need one that can go upside down.:sunny:

Just my luck, I would have such a chair and I would forget to disable it when I access a porn site.

Try explaining that to the health insurance company!!!!! :o

Commercial simulators dont ;)

If you watch carefully the chair actually moves in exactly the opposite direction of movement to 'trick' the senses into feeling G forces.

Accellerate the chair tilts up. Brake the chair tilts down.

The key is to fill the entire field of view to block out the 'horizon'.

I was joking. Yes, I picked up the 'g-force' motion right away. It also tilts left when you turn right, all of which simulates Gallileo's rule of inertia and Newton's Third Law of Motion. With a flight sim chair it would have to be programmed to do the opposite - tilt in the direction of travel, as that's what pilots do to offset that very effect. Even inverted pilots in combat maintain positive G - most of the time.

I saw that too! It must be how the brain fills in the blanks as you read quickly, keying off certain visual cues of letter combinations.
