2010 NFL Draft Discussion
With 16 day's left until the Draft.
Who do you want your team pick up in the draft? Who do you think should be traded and what for? Personally i would like to see the Pats pick up either OLB Sergio Kindle or DT Jarded Odrick in the first round. Let face i the Pats pass rush was shocking last season and needs to be upgraded as a priority and Kindle is the man for that. Odrick would just be a good fit full stop. Then hopefully pick up Tim Tebow in the second. Then get him learning from the Master (Brady) for a few seasons. So lets here your wishes and dreams. |
I thought Tebow's stock had dropped?
|
...and I wonder who's career will be ruined by Detroit:haha:
|
Il be surprised if Tebow went in the first round so i think its a possibility that the pats can pick him up with one of their 3 second round picks.
As for Detroit. I think they will end up picking DT Ndamukong Suh in the 1st. |

Now that would be funny.:haha:
Detroit needs to make up it's mind on weather they want a DT or OT. I would go for a OT as it would help give Stafford some more protection in the pocket. What are you expecting of the Vikes this Off- season? Would you have liked to have got LT? |

I don't suppose the Raiders have any chance of picking up a sane owner?:D

While on the subject, Rich Eisen, average guy, running the 40. Then around the 2:00 minute mark, see how the average guy compares to an NFL football player :o
And not to ignore soccer :D Scary moto-trail check out this video. |

Unfortunately, my Panthers can't trade our head coach..... Course, we might not get anything for him.....
Without a first round draft pick .... again... (gee thanks Fox) - our biggest need is at WR. Who we get is unknown, though it won't hurt my feelings at all if Darius Bey falls into the middle second round. After that, next come defensive line help. As long as our owner doesn't ok mortgaging the future (as Fox has done over the last 2 years - when the owner was ill.) - which I don't see happening, this draft will not be spectacular as we are moving into a youth/depth year in anticipation of a lockout. |
The best thing of all for my Saints is that they're picking last!!! :woot::woot::woot:
And not because they traded their 1st round pick either. :D That said, they still need help on defense, either secondary or linebackers. They don't need anything on offense, except maybe linemen. Not great depth there, and I personally don't think they run-block well. So look there in the later rounds. |
Big ben bump

So what are you going to do w/o mcnabb?
|
Philly fans will be crying in their beer before its over. Kolb is NOT the answer. Donovan may just get his ring yet.....

Pats pick up WR Torry Holt.
http://blogs.nfl.com/2010/04/21/holt...football-left/ Good bit of business on the cheap. Add him to Moss , Welker when he comes back from injury, And the WR core does not look that bad. Also look out for WR Brandon Tate to make some sort of impact this year also. Missed most of last season due to injury. |

At the end of the day they needed to go in another direction, so did he for that matter. |
Texans are weak at RB and CB. I'd be very disappointed with a first pick being used on anything but one of those positions.
RB has been a perennial problem, with a few bright spots. Steve Slaton in 08 was awesome. 09 - not so much. Chris Brown single handedly lost us at least 2 games with his fumbles. Schaub is turning into a fine QB...it only makes sense to have a run threat to set up the pass. CB has a hole with the departure of Dunta Robinson. "Doonta" was never as good as they made him out to be here. I saw him get burned plenty of times...he was very overrated in Houston. Not worth the money he wanted. |
