I've heard that some times before. and it really has nothing to do with beeing lazy, we have lunch in the afternoon and we take our time with that. after lunch we have like an hour break. when we re-open again we start fresh again and we do not have those dreadly last hours that we ''just want to go hoooooooooome but that last hour is crawling!....:zzz:'' HunterICX |
I hate to think what will happen when they get to meet one of these!

Whinging pommy still doesn't understand about Australian Life, and I'll bet they still don't know about our Australian History Captain James Cook landed in Botany Bay in 1788 near Kurnell.
Bloody Pommy :nope::nope: |
This is what happens when thick-***** of any nationality go on holiday abroad.
Question is: What is attracting them to Aussie shores? :hmmm: |

Yes it's fascinating with people that leave home and get disappointed when it's different. cheers porphy |
I encountered the same with expats in Russia. The scary thing is these were supposed to be educated people.

"Waiter My Soup is too thick"......."Sir your sucking on the Gravy" :har::har::har::har::har:

They book a holiday to Australia and expect it to be like home with tea and crumpets? Bloody hell some people are ignorant, and the poms always seem to be complaining about something.
And I'm suddenly reminded of part of a Kevin Blood Wilson song. |
|
I am afraid this is not all that uncommon. The Frau and I like "nature type" trips as we both like the beauty of nature. It is always amazing at people who want to see nature but then complain about nature.
"Its wet and muddy" - duh, that's why you see so much green around. "This trail is too steep, why don't they put in a road" - duh, if you want to see a road, stay at home. "OMG no one told us there would be raccoons coming into the campground!" - duh, the motel 6 is about an hour that-a-way. And my all time favourites "Why can't they make the animals come up to us?" -- duh that's because they are living free. If you want to see animals preform, go to a circus. "This is a rip off, little Jimmy (Sally) never got to see a bear -- duh, perhaps if Jimmy (Sally) would keep their big mouths shut and wait patiently (like the rest of us), perhaps all of us could have seen a bear. Some people are just too ignorant to be allowed in nature areas. :nope: |
Its probably a good thing they didn't see a bear. Ignorant and down right stupid people are the leading cause in most wild animal attacks. In almost all cases it was their own damn fault for getting ripped apart after not respecting either the animal or the environment. This tends to go for most shark attacks too.
