...Because Politico is a liberal web site?

:har:

Seriously, Steamwake, what is your problem with the First Lady? I honestly am not aware of any gripes. Unless she's just guilty of being married to a democrat or something....

I do not find Politico goes either way. They seem more central to me. Probably because everyone focuses on the usual suspects when it comes to news sites. :hmmm:

Enigma 03-10-09 10:13 AM

No, seriously.
I'm honestly curious because I had no idea anyone had any problem with her....

AVGWarhawk 03-10-09 10:15 AM

Well, her college thesus came under fire. Let see, the statement about proud of America finally. Lets not start that discussion again. :88)

Enigma 03-10-09 10:20 AM

Oh. :-?

AVGWarhawk 03-10-09 10:22 AM

I believe she will do more than the previous first lady. I think this goodwill tour of the bases is great. It is far more than the previous first lady did.

Sailor Steve 03-10-09 10:23 AM

I'm with you, Enigma. I may disagree with her, as I disagree with her husband. That doesn't make either one of them bad. Nor does it make them my enemies. Opponents, yes. Enemies, no.

It wasn't taken out of context - that's why she later explained herself.

I'll agree that she mispoke or what perhaps inarticulate. But this isn't a case of out-of-context.
