U-Boat Wintergarten flag MOD
 

I came across the below clip on U-Tube and was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Wintergarten flag MOD that is being used?? If so, can anyone please point me in the direction where this can be obtained? :hmm:

I've used it in the past. It's pretty cool, and you can use it to have the National flag plus a personal one, or delete the personal one (which is what I did). You can also edit the tonnage pennants to reflect your actual score.

The only downside is that RB only finised the Type VII version, and if you play at 100% it's kind of wasted.

Still a neat mod.

What's the water being used in that video? I've got some odd combination of mods that I don't think is right on my system at the moment - it certainly doesn't look as good as in the video, mine is more polygonal, with definite "squares" of white foam in heavy seas.

I just downloaded this mod to try it out on my new install of GWX 3.0,im starting a new career out of the med using a VIIb boat, i did exactly as the instructions says installing via JSGME the RB7_Flags&ps_104_GWX and it doesnt work,is there something missing that i did not do:hmm: like manually install some files or maybe it just doesnt work with 3.0?

I think it comes with the mod.:yep: I have used tomi 99`s mod and the sub has flags.:yep:

I'm still getting the "straight line effect" on my wake (perpendicular to my hull), in heavy seas, with GWX3.0. I don't know if 3.0 is able to completely remove this bit of minor ugliness in heavy seas? If it is then I've munged something up!

I would like to know what kind of mod is being used for the water streaming out of the drainholes? I am recently using Water Stream for Uboats V4 which is great mod but, for some reason, it does not look as good as the video...

You did not munge anything up.
It's a Game issue.
There have been some adjustments by others that 'seem' to fix the problem.
But start getting into heavy Seas and it's still there.
The problem is that they are rendered on a flat plane.
But the waves roll up and down.
You can adjust the settings but at the wrong angle of view?
You get an even worse visual effect.

Thanks TF i tried using tomi_99s u-boat the one thats compatible with rubinis water stream mod,both enableing JSGME but it still didnt work in fact crashed to desktop,that mod says it works with GWX 2.1/Grrrr....i want my water stream and flag for GWX3...lol:damn:

Tomi's Uboat is available and good to go? The last I saw, at Tomi's thread, was the entire thing was "in question". Nobody could tell me how many files were required in the download...or anything else about it? One thing about having an open program like SH3...it gets confusing on who's done what! LOL! I saw skins, at SWC's place, but the whole thing scared me off.

Tried the flag MOD with my install of GWX 3.0, didn't work either, bummer. :cry: Looks like only GWX 2.1 compatible; or can anyone please correct me if possible. I'm still determined to get this MOD on 3.0!!! :yep:
