Now this is an interesting website.

My daughter has this game for her xbox 360 so I'll have to check it out this weekend.

Just an FYI....

It's a cool game, Longam. Extremely accurate as far as historical terms are concerned (Jerusalem, Acre, and Damascus were recreated from the ground up from actual surviving accounts and layout plans). The timeline of events is also pretty accurate (Acre is taken by Richard the Lionheart, so it appears burnt out and in ruins; Saladin and Richard's conflict at Arsuf is also included). Doesn't get too repetitive, or at least that's how I feel. All the major targets of the game are based off real figures during the Crusades, although not all of them were assassinated (one of them wandered off into the desert in search of the Holy Grail and was never seen again, but a little fiction never hurts).

I liked it, and the graphics are still beautiful to look at.

Yeah, a little repeatative but a good game nonetheless

My dispatcher at work said he played this onthe Xbox. Couldn't put it down...said the game play was great and the tasks at hand were fun to execute. I however and still stuck on hitman for this type of action...love the game and its not all out running all the time.

I've never played it personally but have spent long periods watching my son enjoy it....looks a good game :up:

Personally I prefer Mount and Blade.

M&B is a completely different type of game, don't think you can compare them

1 min point and that is becouse you don't get any extra if you collect al the flags, besides that it's a great game , don't think that AssassinCreed 2 will be that good

:hmm: just wondering what does a man with outfit from the medieval doing in a battle with machineguns and robots , doesn't fit in the picture, and a lot of shooting that we have seen in other games nothing new !

Both are games, both have swords, both are a little open ended.

The gameplay in that video is from Metal Gear Solid 4 where an Altair costume is available to Snake, not from Assassin's Creed 2.

I read this was a very bad buggy port:hmm: Was going to try it out but the reviews I read totally put me off. Good if your a console player bad if you PC gamer.

Good to know. Not to enthralled about playing an Islamic assassin, but was considering it. If its that bad a port, I'll refrain.

Far Cry 2 is pretty good. Awesome graphics! You can play the game in a very non linear fashion and take out the goons in a myriad of ways.
