I voted for Heather Mills, possibly the worst thing ever to come out of the North West1

Letum 03-19-08 10:39 AM

I demand multipul choice!

I also demand Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Gillian McKeith and Ray Meres.

They all get right on my tits.

Takeda Shingen 03-19-08 10:41 AM

I would have also thought that Tom Cruise would have made that list. I voted for Heather Mills.

Sailor Steve 03-19-08 10:52 AM

Could have used Barbra Striesand and Michael Moore. Didn't vote.

XabbaRus 03-19-08 11:30 AM

I'm at work so couldn't type too many as I had to think. didn't want the boss to catch me.

Bill Nichols 03-19-08 11:33 AM

Alan Alda is first to come to my mind.

Konovalov 03-19-08 11:34 AM

H Mills all the way. What a twat she is. I love the way she can just blatantly lie to the public. Now bugger off to America where you can do your tell all to Oprah and co.

Eyebiter 03-19-08 12:36 PM

Add Al Gore to the list. What is his annual carbon footprint flying all over the world preaching about global warming?

I read the 58 page divorce report on her. Wow.... just wow

Egan 03-19-08 02:26 PM

I don't know if Heather Mills is so much Sanctimonious as simply somebody who seems to have a rather fluid relationship with reality.

I vote for Chris Martin. I hate him. I hate him and his rotten, bland, whiney, idiot-moralistic, third rate, public school, death-to-talent, careerist, toss-rock band too.

or am I thinking about Bono? Nah, Bono's just a *&%@.

silentrunner 03-19-08 02:32 PM

What about this guy :know:

I won't ever say a bad word about Bill. If you say a bad word about Bill within hearing range of a computer with an Microsoft OS it sends a report to castle greyskull and Bill send the boys around to install a 'service pack' in your head.....:o

Tchocky 03-19-08 02:57 PM

Those middle-class types who talk loudly in supermarkets, convinced that FairTrade will save the world.

Antiacus 03-19-08 05:29 PM

Ummm. Susan Sarandon is easily, hands down, by far, without question the most self-righteous sanctimonious celebrity.

bookworm_020 03-19-08 05:47 PM

Heather Mills:nope: What's there to like about Mucca!

Theta Sigma 03-20-08 12:49 AM

Some biggies you left out:

Sean Penn (whoa)
Angelina Jolie
Steven Speilberg
Tim Robbins (worse than Sarandon, but x2 for her as well)
Meryl Streep

Plus some more, but I get nauseaus if I think about it too much...

I disagree. Not that I have anything good to say about Bill, but this is about sanctimonious celebrities, and I don't see him preaching one thing and doing another.

Sanctimony is defined as being hypocritically devout, or feigning religious devotion, but today is taken to mean being publically and voluably 'devout' about any chosen cause.
