I think Becks should be the one, since it shows up on a lot of pictures of German submariners having one upon their return.

Nothing for us yanks. US subsimmers have to keep true to the Navy code. No alchohol on the vessel. We're a bunch of damn teetotalers. Once you get to port though, look out.

Had my first "Pure Blonde" last week, then I went for another, then another........

Quite nice.

Then I went for a beer.:rotfl:

While it is generally my drink when I go out (tastes great on tap) I'd always prefer a Becks or Stella. With Becks being my preferred beer.

So you didn't actually catch the blondes you tried to get? :p

Well, I didn't say Becks was m favourite, just that it perhaps ought to be the 'subsimmer one' I actually prefer a Czech one - Pilsner Urquell. Sometimes tricky to find in the UK, with intermittent stocks in Sainsbury, but not impossible to come across.

Used to be Stella for me until discovered Innis & Gunn, it's a beautiful smooth beer with the taste of vanilla; a small bottle but packs a big punch :yep:

All Right All Right All Right..................so heres my suggestion

for a beer to qualify for the subsequent poll it must be mentioned
on this thread.

so if you want your beer to get in id suggest you mention
it.

Only Discriminating Beers with an International reputation and
distribution need apply as if we are going to have an
"Official Brew of the Sub Crew" together we should all be
able to buy it. and it shouldnt suck.
