... Avon Lady? After her brig time was over, she seems to have never shown up again. Think she did not like it. Two short PMs I sent remained unanswered.

I'm sure she didn't take too well to that slap on the wrist. Which by the way was rather long in coming.

I'm sure a lot of us would be happy to have her back, however.

Actually she is still on the Captain's Roster. Easy to miss her since she's under "T" for The Avon Lady instead of "A". She's at 6,919 posts...high numbers. :yep:

That was my initial take on the matter, however, she may just be busy. It has happened before. - And with no new recruits on the boards, posting hundereds of links, I'd say she's not posting under another name either.

I hope she comes back also. Even people who disagree with her have to admit she is intelligent and strong woman and belongs in these boards.:)

I think I've probably disagreed with at least fifty percent of what she's ever said in posts on this forum, but that means I've also agreed with fifty percent of it too, and like most people I'd like to see her back. A discussion forum would be dull if everyone had the same point of view on everything.

I certainly hope she returns.

After reading what she was sent to the brig for, I'd have to say the brig penalty was uncalled for. Knowing that, I don't think she will ever be back since she wasn't treated fairly in my opinion. Maybe there is something else I don't know about, like some heated PM's or something that all added up to a stay in the brig, but don't hold your breath in that she will ever be back here if it was based only on that heated discussion she was involved in. :nope: Its a pride thing.

I concur with Subman. There was no reason for a 10-day sentence in the brig. Totally uncalled for and totally unfair.:down: Moderators have a habit of getting a little too carried away with their power.
