What does this screenshot of the map supposed to be telling me...

You have several sonar contacts coming from your starboard side. 30 deg to 57 deg.

I'd watch them to see what way the are heading and try to cut them off. Only problem is morning is here or a few hours away so you may be seen if you flank it on the surface.

It also tells you based on the green torp line ... that if you fire that fish, you are not going to hit anything.

Usually on my screen .... the blue lines more often than not indicate Japanese capital ships (DDs) most of the time, I'd say you're looking at a good sized task force.

They may be friendlies.

donut how do you know one has been visualy sighted?

Its not like he came out with "What kind of lame map is this I cant tell what anything is".

Yea I know Clay P has been some what of an agent provocator in the past but I take each post at face value and this one seemed reasonable.

I think yall need to relax a bit.
